STMicroelectronics ST25DV04KC, ST25DV16KC & ST25DV64KC NFC/RFID Tags

STMicroelectronics ST25DV04KC, ST25DV16KC, and ST25DV64KC NFC/RFID Tags are Near-Field Communication Forum Type 5 dynamic tags with an optimized I2C interface. These devices are offered with 4kbit (ST25DV04KC), 16kbit (ST25DV16KC), or 64kbit (ST25DV64KC) EEPROM that can be accessed either via the I2C interface or an RF link interface. An additional 256-Byte Fast Transfer Mode buffer enables rapid data transfer between the RF and I2C port. These devices also feature energy harvesting capability, RF status function, and 64-bit data password protection.
