Texas Instruments BOOSTXL-DRV8323Rx Gate Driver Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments BOOSTXL-DRV8323Rx Gate Driver Evaluation Modules (EVMs) are a 15A, 3-phase brushless DC drive stage based on the DRV8323RH or DRV8323RS gate driver and CSD88599Q5DC NexFET™ power block. Each evaluation module has an individual DC bus and phase voltage sense. It also has individual low-side current shunt amplifiers. These features make these evaluation modules ideal for sensorless BLDC algorithms. The Texas Instruments BOOSTXL-DRV8323Rx supplies MCU 3.3V power with an integrated 0.6A step-down buck regulator. The drive stage is fully protected with short circuit, thermal, shoot-through, and under-voltage protection and is easily configurable via the device's SPI registers.
