Texas Instruments SN74LVC86A/SN74LVC86A-Q1 Quad 2-Input XOR Gates
Texas Instruments SN74LVC86A/SN74LVC86A-Q1 Quadruple 2-Input XOR Gates are designed to operate within the 1.65VCC to 3.6VCC voltage range. These XOR gates feature 4.6ns maximum propagation delay time at 3.3V, -50mA input clamp current, and -50mA output clamp current. The SN74LVC86A/SN74LVC86A-Q1 XOR gates also feature <0.8V typical VOLP (output ground bounce) at VCC = 3.3V, TA = 25°C. These XOR gates are available in a WQFN package. The SN74LVC86A/SN74LVC86A-Q1 XOR gate is used in Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), Solid State Drives (SSDs), TVs, AV receivers, home theaters, video analytics, and MP3 players. The SN74LVC86A-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
