Texas Instruments TPS7E71 Low-Dropout Regulators (LDOs)
Texas Instruments TPS7E71 Low-Dropout Regulators (LDOs) are low quiescent current devices and support a wide input voltage range of 3V to 30V. These LDOs feature a wide output range of 1.2V to 28V for the adjustable configuration and 1.8V to 12V for the fixed configuration, with a load current of up to 150mA. The TPS7E71 LDOs operate at a 2.8µA quiescent current at no load, high PSRR of 70dB at 1kHz and 45dB at 100kHz, and a 450mV (typical) dropout voltage at 150mA. These LDOs support very tight DC accuracy of ±1.2% over line, load, and -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. Protection features include overcurrent, overtemperature, and over-power-delivery protection for reliable operation of the LDO. Typical applications include appliances, home and building automation, retail automation and payment, grid infrastructure, medical applications, and lighting applications.
