Texas Instruments OPAx171/OPAx171-Q1 36V Op Amps

Texas Instruments OPAx171/OPAx171-Q1 36V Operational Amplifiers (op amps) can operate on supplies ranging from +2.7V (±1.35V) to +36V (±18V). TI OPA171, OPA2171, and OPA4171 op amps are available in micro-packages and offer low offset, drift, and bandwidth with a low quiescent current. The single (OPA171), dual (OPA2171), and quad (OPA4171) versions all have identical specifications for maximum design flexibility. Input signals beyond the supply rails do not cause phase reversal. This Texas Instruments op amp family is stable with capacitive loads up to 300pF. The input can operate 100mV below the negative rail and within 2V of the top rail during normal operation. The OPAx171-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The OPAx171-EP devices have gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C and include a SnPb lead finish.
