Toshiba High Speed Dual Comparators

Toshiba High Speed Dual Comparators are CMOS-type comparators capable of single-power-supply operation and consume low supply current. These dual comparators feature high-speed response and a full input/output range (rail to rail). The dual comparators offer fast propagation delay with a maximum of 45ns for low-to-high transitions and 30ns for high-to-low transitions. This enables immediate equipment shutdown in overcurrent, enhancing operational safety. These dual comparators support full input/output voltage range operation from minimum (GND) to maximum (Vcc) supply voltage. The dual comparators also feature push-pull output with high signal rise and fall times, eliminating the need for an external pull-up resistor. These dual comparators come in an SM8 package and operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include industrial robots, UPS, photovoltaic generators, power supplies, and home appliances.
