Trenz Electronic TE0841-03-31C31-A FPGA Module features an AMD Kintex™ UltraScale™ KU35, 2GB DDR4 SDRAM, and 64MB QSPI flash memory for configuration and operation. This module offers powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The TE0841-03-31C31-A FPGA module provides a large number of configurable I/O's via rugged high-speed stacking strips. This module operates from  0°C to 70°C temperature range and is available in 4cm x 5cm dimensions.
