Vishay / Barry Industries TVC Series High Power RF Terminations offer stable impedance from DC to 8.4GHz with high continuous power ratings ranging from 5W to 250W. The TVC series features a top-only input pad on one side and a castellated terminal that connects to the full metal ground pad on the backside. Offered in sizes from 1206 to 3737 in either Alumina, AlN, or BeO substrates, these terminations have an operating frequency range from DC to 8.4GHz. Various terminal metallizations are provided to accommodate numerous application requirements.
