Vishay / BC Components Commercial-Grade NTC SMD 0201 Chip Thermistors offer stable and accurate temperature measurements over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. These NTCSC feature TCR ranging from -6.5%/K at -40°C to -2%/K at 125°C, 10KΩ to 100KΩ resistance value at 25°C, and tolerance on R25 of ±1%. The Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) chip thermistors are fully compatible with high-volume, automated manufacturing processes, including wave soldering and reflow soldering. These thermistors consist of tin-plated nickel termination for excellent wettability and improved reliability against leaching.

The NTC chip thermistors are UL1434 recognized, fully green (RoHS no exemption), and available in multiple resistance values (R25) and curve (B25/85) combinations for design flexibility. Typical applications include industrial, telecom, consumer, and computer applications.
