Vishay / BC Components NTCC200E4 Leadless NTC Thermistors feature a flat chip contacted top and bottom with a silver electrode. The Vishay / BC Components NTCC200E4 Leadless NTC Thermistors operate over a -55°C to +175°C temperature range and are highly resistant to thermal shocks. The series is AEC-Q200 qualified and ideal for wire bonding.
