Vishay Semiconductors Half Bridge IGBTs

Vishay Semiconductors Half Bridge IGBTs feature Trench IGBT technology and current ratings of 100A, 150A, and 200A. These IGBTs have low conduction losses, low junction-to-case thermal reduction, and a direct mounting to heatsink design. Half Bridge IGBTs offer Gen 4 FRED Pt® anti-parallel diodes with ultra-soft reverse recovery characteristics. Vishay Semiconductors Half Bridge IGBTs are optimized for high-current inverter stages, such as AC TIG welding machines.
