Vishay Semiconductors 1.5BxxA TransZorb Transient Voltage Suppressors are made with a junction passivation optimized design with passivated anisotropic rectifier technology. These devices have 1500W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs waveform. These Vishay Semiconductors 1.5BxxA TransZorb Transient Voltage Suppressors are unidirectional and provide excellent clamping capability with a very fast response time.
