Vishay Semiconductors VCAN3xA2-HT5 ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors VCAN3xA2-HT5 ESD Protection Diodes are Bidirectional Symmetrical (BiSy) low capacitance, dual-line ESD protection diodes. The VCAN3xA2-HT5 diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified and engineered for CAN FD Bus applications. The Vishay VCAN3xA2-HT5 ESD protection diodes feature a ±33V or ±36V working range in a DFN1110-3A package.
