WeEn Semiconductors BYC30JT-600PS Hyperfast Power Diode
WeEn Semiconductors BYC30JT-600PS Hyperfast Power Diode features low leakage current, low thermal resistance, and soft reverse recovery with low recovery current. This diode offers 600V of repetitive peak reverse voltage, -65°C to 175°C of storage temperature, and 175°C junction temperature. The BYC30JT-600PS diode is ideally used in active PFC in air conditioners, Continuous Current Mode (CCM) Power Factor Correction (PFC), and half-bridge/full-bridge switched-mode power supplies.
