Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 Multi-Protocol System-on-Chip (SoC)
Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 Multi-Protocol System-on-Chip (SoC) is optimized for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, including professional lighting and asset tracking. The ultra-low power device is the fifth addition to the nRF52 Series and is built around a 64MHz Arm® Cortex™-M4 with FPU, and has 512KB flash and 128KB RAM memory available for higher value applications. nRF52833 features a BLUETOOTH® 5.2 Direction Finding capable radio, qualified for up to +105°C ambient temperature. Direction Finding enables positioning solutions to not only rely on the received signal strength indicator (RSSI), but also on the actual direction of a signal. This feature improves accuracy and increases application uses in this segment. The device also supports Bluetooth 5.2, Bluetooth mesh, 802.15.4, Thread, Zigbee, and proprietary 2.4GHz protocols. Nordic Semiconductor nRF52833 is suitable for advanced wearables or smart home applications because of its 1-to-4 RAM-to-Flash ratio and +8dBm output power.
