NXP Semiconductors FRDMGD3162RPEVM Half-Bridge Evaluation Kit
NXP Semiconductors FRDMGD3162RPEVM Half-Bridge Evaluation Kit has two GD3162 single-channel IGBT/SiC MOSFET gate drivers. The NXP Semiconductors FRDMGD3162RPEVM comes with the Freedom KL25Z microcontroller hardware, enabling communication with the GD3162 gate drive devices via Flex GUI software on a PC. This communication can occur in either a daisy chain or a standalone configuration.
For signal translation between the MCU and GD3162 gate drivers, the KITGD316xTREVB translator board converts 3.3V signals to 5.0V signals. The kit is designed to connect a RoadPak power module, facilitating half-bridge evaluations and application development.
