NXP Semiconductors RDGD3100F3PH5EVB & RDGD3100I3PH5EVB Boards
NXP Semiconductors RDGD3100F3PH5EVB and RDGD3100I3PH5EVB Reference Boards are fully functional 3-phase Power Gate Drive reference designs populated with six GD3100 gate drivers with fault management and supporting control circuitry. The NXP RDGD3100F3PH5EVB and RDGD3100I3PH5EVB Reference Boards support SPI daisy chain communication for programming and communication with three high-side gate drivers and three low-side gate drivers independently. Each Reference Board includes an S32SDEV-CON18 PCIe cable for connecting to the MCU MPC5777C-DEVB Controller Board (not included).The RDGD3100F3PH5EVB Reference Board is designed to be connected to a Fuji Electric M653 Series IGBT Module Footprint (not included). The RDGD3100I3PH5EVB is designed to be connected to a HybridPACK™ Drive IGBT Module Footprint.
