Designed for tasks like distance and speed measurement based on Time-of-Flight (ToF), these PLDs feature Nanostack technology, which offers high optical output power from a small laser aperture with outstanding reliability. Each ams OSRAM PLD includes three epitaxially stacked emitters, connected in series and combined into a single package.Features
