Qorvo QPG6200M Low-Power Wireless System-on-Chip (SoC) is a reliable and robust wireless multi-standard SoC supporting Matter over Thread, Zigbee®, and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy. The QPG6200M delivers up to 20dBm transmit power in a compact QFN40 package. Output power is software-configurable to meet global regulatory requirements. The device is powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M4F processor running up to 192MHz, with 2MB of nonvolatile memory and 336kB of RAM. Featuring Qorvo ConcurrentConnect™ technology, the QPG6200M Low-Power Wireless SoC supports seamless multiprotocol communication for smart homes, industrial automation, and other Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
