Texas Instruments LM5137/LM5137-Q1 DC/DC Controllers
Texas Instruments LM5137/LM5137-Q1 Buck Controllers are 80V synchronous DC/DC controllers offered from a family with three options for functional safety: Capable, SIL 2, and SIL 3. These dual-channel controllers employ an interleaved, stackable, peak current-mode architecture, facilitating easy loop compensation, a fast transient response, and excellent load and line regulation. The LM5137/LM5137-Q1 controllers operate with 1% accuracy, offering fixed 3.3V, 5V, 12V, or adjustable outputs within a 0.8V to 60V voltage range. This controller operates at 150°C maximum junction temperature and is designed with a 100kHz to 2.64MHz switching frequency range. The LM5137/LM5137-Q1 controllers is available in a 6mm x 6mm, thermally enhanced, 36-pin VQFN package. This buck controller is ideal for communications systems, wireless infrastructure, industrial, factory automation, control, robotics, enterprise systems, high-performance computing, and high-voltage battery-operated systems.
