Toshiba TPD41x DC Motor Drivers & Controllers

Toshiba TPD41x DC Motor Drivers and Controllers use high-voltage PWM control and are fabricated by a high-voltage SOI process. These power ICs are three-shunt resistor circuits for current sensing. The TPD41x drivers feature level shift high-side driver, low-side driver, IGBT outputs, and FRDs. These power ICs provide protective functions for overcurrent circuits and under, voltage protection circuits, and thermal shutdown circuits. The TPD41x drivers include a 5V typical built-in regulator, built-in bootstrap diodes, and 1µs dead time, and are suitable for a sine-wave from the drive.
