Vishay eSMP® PAR® TVS Diodes

Vishay eSMP® PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) Diodes feature a low profile with a typical height of 1.1mm. These devices are AEC-Q101 qualified and ideal for automated placement. Vishay eSMP suppressors offer a fast response time and excellent clamping capability. The TPC6.8A through TPC51A diodes offer unidirectional 1500W TVS in an SMPC (TO-277) package, while the TPC11CA through TPC36CA diodes are bidirectional 1500W TVS in a TO-277 (SMPC) package. Common applications include inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, signal lines of sensor units for automotive, consumer, computer, industrial, and telecom applications.
