TE Connectivity HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection System
TE Connectivity's (TE) HC-STAK 25 High-Voltage (HV) Interconnection System offers a safer, more reliable connection suitable for connector voltages up to 1000VDC. This system is specifically designed to meet the increased connectivity requirements of HV interconnection requirements for electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid EVs (HEVs). The HC-STAK 25 series provides scalable, reliable high-power distribution to each aggregate throughout the vehicle's lifetime. The connectors include a double-ended fork terminal that provides a low contact resistance arrangement while meeting sealing, shielding, and touch-safe requirements in an ultra-compact package. TE HC-STAK 25 HV Interconnection System provides the flexibility to interconnect with a wide range of conductor cross-sections, geometries, and materials. Applications include EV/HEV powertrains, HV battery and inverter systems, E-motors, and power distribution.
