TE Connectivity's (TE) HC-STAK 35 High-Voltage (HV) Interconnection System enables higher torque, stronger acceleration, and continuous power delivery in high-performance electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid EVs (HEVs). This system features a scalable fork-terminal architecture with up to 64 independent contact points, enabling OEMs to enhance vehicle performance while safely maintaining compact packaging and long-term reliability. The shielded, touch-safe design offers ultra-high current capacity, supporting up to 400A continuous with 95mm2 conductors at +85°C. The construction resists vibration and is designed to withstand mechanical and thermal stress. TE HC-STAK 35 High-Voltage Interconnection System is ideal for heavier xEV platforms, including EVs and HEVs with increased curb weight, AWD systems, or integrated towing capabilities.
